I don't understand how Bar Refaeli's gotten more votes... That necklace is just awful for that dress. The color and the fact that it is a choker completely clashes with the gold and neckline.

Umm this isn't a "Whose body is better". It's a "Who wore it best", and Halle Berry definately should've won it.
You're absolutely right. If both had worn it with similar accesories then maybe the one with a better body would win but as its been said before the necklace looks awful with the dress. Go Halle!!
I didn't even see the necklace until y'all mentioned it...
And when I see "wore it better," I generally look for who looks better in the dress in body shape in addition to accessories.
I highly disagree. I think the blue looks great with the gold. The necklace is why I picked her.
It is who wore it better, the dress definitely looks better on Bar but the necklace is horrible. Halle looks just awful in the dress.
Despide of the very bright choker necklace..
I think Bar Refaeli wears the dress better.
Halle Berry wears it good, yes.
But her chest/kneck area just looks empty.
I like it on both.
I think Bar wears the dress much better, Halle looks washed out by the colour, also her hair would have looked much better down like Bar's.
