Not only do they look alike - Emma Tompson played basically portrayed Hillary in the role of Susan Stanon in Primary Colors - which is loosely (entirely) based on Bill Clinton's successful run for the Democractic Nomination. She was great by the way although the book is better than the movie.

Are you serious? They don't have ANY facial features in common. They look nothing alike.
